When you’re ready to begin training, there are four simple steps to getting started with Figure for Fitness:

Step 1: Select the training package that fits your needs and goals from Figure for Fitness‘ array of options in the Services section.

Step 2: Fill out and return the Client Questionnaire so that I can better get to know you and your unique needs and preferences.

Step 3: Fill out and return the Waiver.

Step 4: Pay for your package.

That’s it!  Just four steps to get you started on the path to becoming the best you that you can be!
