What about her made Ruth an effective personal trainer for me?

Personality, knowing how hard to push without being overly aggressive, working around my injuries and Fibro., always having a quick alternative or modification, her genuine caring about her clients overall health and well being, friendly and easy going but very motivating too.

SHE’S AWESOME!!! Just do it, you won’t be disappointed. If you want someone who genuinely cares about her clients, and their overall (holistic) well being, she is your trainer. She works with you at your level whatever that level may be and improving from there without making you feel inferior in the process. I have been spoiled by a wonderful first personal trainer in Ruth. I doubt I will find anyone like her anywhere else. She made me look forward to exercise and the gym. While I was laid up with a broken ankle I was going nuts because I couldn’t get into the gym. I never ever thought I would feel like that. It is because Ruth made the gym and working out a positive experience for me, I saw results that I really liked, and I learned more about eating healthier. Simply put, Ruth is the best.
