I was successful in my program because she put the responsibility on me success or failure. I was successful because she checked on me after a particularly hard work out to see if I was doing proper self care for example. I also liked the appointment reminders. I felt emotionally and mentally supported not just physically supported which greatly significant in my overall success.

I met Ruth while she was teaching a yoga class at the community college . . . I wished to continue training with Ruth. We continued with yoga where the class had left off. Ruth always arrived on time with a customized plan for us to follow. After a few weeks she started to integrate the balance ball, bands, weights and other items to help improve my flexibility and strength.
