I’ve had the opportunity to learn from Ruth a variety of ankle, back and knee exercises designed to enhance strength and flexibility. Ruth consistently motivated me to improve my conditioning, flexibility and strength even when I adamantly resisted.
She was motivated, engaging, and very professional. These attributes ensured an intense, challenging, but more importantly, successful training event. Going beyond that, she analyzed the special characteristics of our unit personnel and designed the class perfectly suited for our group. This is not something we expect from the ordinary instructors. We were absolutely impressed with every moment of her instruction and she fulfilled our expectations to get a good training as well as fun. I would have Ms. Waldstein come back any time to give another block of instruction to my organization as it will truly boost the morale of Soldiers and enhance the overall fitness of our unit.
