I met Ruth while she was teaching a yoga class at the community college . . . I wished to continue training with Ruth. We continued with yoga where the class had left off. Ruth always arrived on time with a customized plan for us to follow. After a few weeks she started to integrate the balance ball, bands, weights and other items to help improve my flexibility and strength.


She pushes me beyond what I thought I could do. She also corrects me if my form is not right. Most of all she is so positive and loving.
