About breath

As a yoga and meditation practitioner for many years, I know the deep connection between the body, mind and breath.  My practice used the breath to create calmness and an introverted mindset for meditation.  

Ruth coached me on how to create stamina and endurance in my breathing.  Through attention and techniques of breathing during our training sessions, I have gained more understanding and breath awareness.  

Now how I can support my activities and actions through my breath… whether it be a cardio swim or a peaceful moment of meditation.

Jaya Gerono, Kindergarten Teacher.

She was motivated, engaging, and very professional.  These attributes ensured an intense, challenging, but more importantly, successful training event.  Going beyond that, she analyzed the special characteristics of our unit personnel and designed the class perfectly suited for our group.  This is not something we expect from the ordinary instructors.  We were absolutely impressed with every moment of her instruction and she fulfilled our expectations to get a good training as well as fun.  I would have Ms. Waldstein come back any time to give another block of instruction to my organization as it will truly boost the morale of Soldiers and enhance the overall fitness of our unit.
