I am a 49 year old male and have been a fitness enthusiast for several years, but I was able to bring my conditioning to a new level, thanks to the training with Ruth.
I met Ruth while she was teaching a yoga class at the community college . . . I wished to continue training with Ruth. We continued with yoga where the class had left off. Ruth always arrived on time with a customized plan for us to follow. After a few weeks she started to integrate the balance ball, bands, weights and other items to help improve my flexibility and strength.
